Photos don’t need a sales pitch. A sagging gate pulled square again, a latch that actually catches, an opener that stops groaning. That’s the work we’ve done across West Palm Beach since 2009. Below are recent jobs, described the way we’d walk you through them on site: what was wrong, what we did, and how it turned out. The photo slots are ready, and we’ll keep adding to them as fast as the jobs roll in.

Recent Transformations
Sagging Driveway Gate in Flamingo Park
Before
AfterThe post had started leaning under the weight of a solid steel gate, and the gate itself had dropped far enough to scrape the driveway. We reset the post in fresh concrete, replaced the hinge brackets, and rehung the gate square. The homeowner can open it with one hand now, and it doesn’t sound like a dying animal when it moves.
Electric Gate Opener Replacement in El Cid
Before
AfterThe original opener had been there long enough that the internal gears were worn smooth. We pulled the old Lincoln-era unit, installed a LiftMaster the homeowner was already comfortable with, and set the travel limits so the gate stops exactly where it should. Before we left, we tested the photo eyes and the reversing edge, then left a written copy of the price with no surprises attached.
Bent Gate Frame and Misaligned Latch in Southland Park
Before
AfterA delivery truck had clipped one side of the double gate, pushing the frame out of true and throwing the latch out of alignment. We straightened the frame with a come-along and a little patience, repositioned the latch plate, and added a drop rod so the fixed leaf stays put. The gate closes like it was never hit, which is the point.
Solar Gate Operator Install in Lake Clarke Shores Area

This one was out where running a 120-volt line would have meant tearing up a long, established lawn. We installed a Mighty Mule solar operator instead, set the panel where it gets full afternoon sun, and paired the remote. The gate now opens from the car, and the yard didn’t lose a single square foot of sod.
Wrought Iron Gate Rust Repair in Northwood Hills

Salt air and sprinkler overspray had done a number on the lower rail of this wrought iron gate. We cut out the rotted section, welded in new steel, and ground the joint smooth before priming and painting. The repair is visible if you know where to look, which is how it should be. The rest of the gate got a coat of rust inhibitor while we were in there.
Pool Gate Safety Latch in Pinewood Park

Pool gates have one job, and this one wasn’t doing it. The spring hinges had lost their tension over years of kids running through, and the magnetic latch was a half-inch out of line. We adjusted the hinges so the gate pulls shut from any angle and set the latch to catch every time. Took about forty minutes, and it’s the kind of fix that matters more than it shows in a photo.
